Presenter Guidelines

All presentations must be delivered in English.

Presenters are kindly asked to bring their presentation stored oin a USB flash drive and upload it to the designated computer in the session room prior to the start of their session. To minimize technical issues and ensure smooth transitions, presenters are kindly asked not to use should not to usenot use their own laptops.

Supported file formats

  • Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx)
  • PDF (.pdf)

Presentations should be uploaded during the break immediately before your session, in the room where you will present. Please arrive at the room at least 10 minutes before your session begins to complete the upload and introduce yourself to the session chair.

Chairpersons are expected to stimulate discussion on the papers presented and ensure that the schedule of the presentation is upheld.

Conference staff or volunteers will be present in each room to provide technical assistance.

Session Format

Each session will run for 1 hour and 30 minutes and typically include four presentations. Each presenter is allocated 20 minutes, including time for Q&A and speaker transitions.

We recommend the following structure:

  • 15 minutes for your presentation
  • 5 minutes for questions and discussion

Please respect the time limit to ensure all presenters receive equal attention and the session remains on schedule.

The final 10 minutes of each session will be reserved for general Q&A and wrap-up. Please keep to your allotted time to ensure all presenters are accommodated and the session concludes smoothly.
